Cars start two at a time racing the clock around a course of approximately 4km in length.  The actual length of the course will determined on the race day and is dependent on track/weather conditions and vehicle numbers.

The cars have four runs during the evening with a possible non-compulsory fifth round.

Winners of Outright and Class places will be determined by the lowest cumulative time recorded for the competitor's two fastest rounds.
